Dr. Bakane joined Reagan Medical Center in 2011. She is originally from India and received her medical degree from Nagpur University and Government Medical College in 1969. She has practiced medicine in the United State since 1986, with a successful private practice in Marion, Indiana. Dr. Bakane has been Board Certified in Family Medicine since 1975.

She enjoys a variety of leisure activities such as golf and reading, as well as travelling across the globe. She is currently treating patients at all of Reagan Medical Center’s locations.
