Caroline Nappo, MSN, FNP-BC, APRN, is a highly skilled and compassionate provider with extensive experience in primary care, urgent care, hospice, and home health. She works at Reagan Medical Center located in Lawrenceville, Dacula, Suwanee, and Johns Creek, Georgia.

Based in Statesboro, Georgia, Caroline is dedicated to providing patient-centered care, utilizing her advanced clinical skills to evaluate, diagnose, and treat a wide range of medical conditions. Her strong collaboration with physicians and healthcare teams ensures the highest standards of care, particularly in managing chronic conditions and supporting end-of-life care.

Caroline has been a nurse practitioner at Lake Oconee Urgent and Primary Care since December 2020. Here, she excels in conducting preventive wellness exams, managing pain clinics, and providing telemedicine oversight for remote patient monitoring. Her previous role at Dynamic Hospice and Palliative Care involved creating and adapting care plans for hospice patients, offering critical end-of-life support to both patients and their families.

With certifications from the Georgia Board of Nursing and the ANCC, along with current CPR, AED, BLS, and ACLS certifications, Caroline maintains a high level of proficiency in medical documentation and patient confidentiality. 

Her educational background includes a Master of Science in Nursing from Georgia Southern University in Statesboro and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Georgia Gwinnett College in Lawrenceville.
