I appreciate the friendly attitude and pragmatic approach. I also understand that people's insurance or lack of it does often restrict the speed and level of treatment. It would be great if you had some options to help people without insurance to still receive the care they need. I was not able to pay for the CT scan they wanted me to get in order to know how to deal with my injury, and now I'm out $75 for the visit but without resolving my problem. So, I still can't afford the CT scan and now I have $75 less that I could have used to pay for treatment elsewhere where I could have received the actual treatment. Instead, I'm still stuck with a shooting pain in my right arm and shoulder but now my hand is going numb and I'm having trouble with my ability to grip things. Maybe if there were some sort of payment option I would have some relief and wouldn't be so terrified of what is going to happen if I lose feeling in my hand completely and am unable to do my job in order to pay for further treatment. Should we really just be sending people away without the life changing care because they don't have thousands of dollars to pay upfront for an urgent medical problem? Does it really cost hundreds of dollars to turn on a machine and scan a person for an injury? I know MRI and CT machines are expensive but seriously, a 15 minute scan doesn't cost you $500 to $3000 every time you use it. I know insurance companies have created a falsely inflated economy for most if not all forms of medical care but the persuit of more and more money has long ago ruined the healthcare system in our country and it will never improve if someone doesn't start making changes to their priorities. Sorry for the speech but I really am afraid of what is going to happen to me just because I don't have insurance at the moment. Of course I don't want you to give me treatment for free, but now it's a real possibility that becoming unable to do my job could end up costing me everything simply because the cost of basic medical care is so far beyond my income level. The way our health insurance system works requires everyone to pay for coverage whether they need treatment or not on the off chance that they might become ill or injured at some point in the future. Yes we all need care once in a while, some people need it frequently, but we have allowed an industry to artificially inflate the cost of care to the point that it is almost impossible to live in this country without paying them for a service that they don't even provide. I know there are a handful of places to get at least some form of minimal treatment for an injury but even then it is usually only enough to keep the person from dieing only to leave them on their own for aftercare or ongoing needs, and the bills for such care are so expensive that many people will just suffer with the pain rather than getting into massive medical debt over an emergency or something else that is completely out of their control.

Shawn always takes good care of me when I come for my appointments very direct very detailed and he never leaves room for questions or concerns. And he always follows up to make sure everything is going the way it is supposed to. He is very compassionate and personable and professional.

Had chest and should pains and made it hard to breath to breath when chest an movement, so Dr. Gould gave me a Steriod shot and an antibiotic shot and prescription for Levaquin. All seemed to be okay later on in the day and said if breathing was any difficult to go to Emergency. He it I right. Knows what he's doing. Thanks Doc.

Dr.Rafeedie is an excellent physician. Very friendly, ask if you have any questions or concerns and provides you time to discuss and he addresses each concern. My only complaint is the front desk staff and the lack of professionalism and friendliness to the public. If you don't like your job quit. When you work the front desk you have to learn to deal with all situations when addressing current and future patients.

My spouse and I have been patients at RMC since 2019, making the effort to travel an hour each time because we trusted the care and professionalism. Unfortunately, our recent experience has left us disappointed and questioning that trust. When scheduling our recent annual wellness exams, I specifically mentioned that these were preventive visits, and we were assured by the staff that they would be covered under our insurance. At the front desk, we reconfirmed this while providing our insurance card. During the appointment, the nurse offered flu shots, and I asked directly if they were covered. She confidently said they were free, so we agreed. To our surprise, we received a bill after the visit for services we were never informed would incur charges. In the past, any additional costs like blood work or ECGs were clearly discussed beforehand, so this lack of transparency was unexpected and frustrating. We’ve also reached out to the billing and grievance departments multiple times via email to resolve this issue, but there’s been no response. This lack of communication is highly unprofessional and reflects poorly on the practice. I urge RMC to review this matter and waive the charges, as this situation was entirely avoidable with proper communication. Experiences like this make it hard to continue recommending or trusting a place we once valued.

I have been going to Reagan Medical for about 4 years and I see Dr. Majoch. I would never see another Dr. because this is the best Dr. I have ever seen and I’m 60 years old so I’ve seen many Dr.s. Dr. Majoch is awesome he spends time with you and wants to know why your there because he really cares. He listens to me and takes his time to hear me out and has definitely helped me through the years. He’s very compassionate and has a Great bedside manner. I can’t say enough about Dr. Majoch is what Dr.s should be like. It took 40 something years to find a Great Dr. and I couldn’t be more pleased I found Dr. Majoch. And he also has the best team working for him they care and they are very professional and personal and very helpful.

We have always been pleased with all the providers at this clinic and Michael was no exception. I felt that I had his undivided attention and he was very thorough with questions asked and tests given. He was able to determine from the tests that we had the flu and prescribed the appropriate medication. I felt comfort that he gave us both breathing treatments. By far the best urgent care facility in this area.

Dr. Poddar is stealing from his patients and is guilty of fraudulent and unethical billing practices. Avoid his practice at all costs. If you must go, do not pay them a dime upfront. I am not the only one. Check the BBB and the Reagan Medical Center review sites for a laundry list of complaints. He should be in jail.

The technician who performed my mammogram was professional and provided comforting words to ease any stress that I felt. It was a very pleasant experience.

Best doctor ever and an awesome front desk staff! I have been a long time patient at Reagan Medical Johns Creek and even though I've moved 40+ miles from the area and was "assigned" an in-network doctor thru my insurance, I STILL remain Dr Majoch's patient! Dr Majoch and his staff listen to me, respect my concerns and go above and beyond to ensure all my questions are addressed the same day or in a timely manner. Even though I am self pay, they work with me to accommodate my budget. I hate going to the doctor, especially if I know it will be a hassle or I'll have to wait a long time to see the doctor, but also if the doctor is dismissive and shows little regard for my reason for my visit. But because I trust Dr Majoch, and how he always gives clear and practical guidance, and educates me about my condition, it's actually stress relieving when I have to go there! Also, I sincerely appreciate that his staff are consistently considerate and helpful!

Disappointed not in Dr services, but in trying to get a prescription sent to my Pharmacy for several days after receiving notice from Dr office and also reviewing myself that a result of lab work required attention. I called and left message twice earlier in the week to send prescription that was needed per her request and the pharmacy still had not received. Called again today and was told she is out of the office until Monday and no other physician can send in the request. I care about my health, just wish she would also.

Very quick in and out for my B12 shot. Nurse reminded me of 3 more to go, to take my other b12 supplements and return in 3 months for recheck. Also had my mammogram and bone density tests same day. Appts were right on time and both techs were very friendly and good at their jobs.

My complaint is with the Billing Department. I had a CT scan in August of 2023 and was overbilled $350. I have been calling Reagan since January 2024 and told multiple times I would receive a refund via Zelle, the issue is being escalated, need someone "higher up" to approve. As of November 12. 2024 I still have not received a refund and continue to m get a run around.

It’s important to me that my concerns are addressed and they were. Michael Johnson was personable and knowledgeable. In fact I will continue to go to rely on the staff at Reagan Medical I trust their care.

No issues with Dr.Moon, but outside of him this is the worst experience I’ve had with any practice!!! After paying upfront for medication to be sent to me (which was NOT cheap), I have yet to receive them. It was supposed to be 3-5 business days. It has now been 3 weeks. Things happen, I do understand that and have been nice and patient with them. My issue is that NO ONE will give me an answer! IF I actually speak to someone I am told a supervisor will figure it out and call me back, but they never do! I feel like they have taken my money and are now just ignoring me. So very unprofessional and disappointing. I wish I could give zero stars…

Dr. Majoch has been my PCP for the past 7 years and hopefully for the next 20 years. He professional, courteous, takes his time to listen to all your concerns and deals with them appropriately. He is the best PCP that I have had the privilege of his service and staff. He is a remarkable provider and would recommend him to anyone one that needed a PCP.

I had previously lived in Georgia and would see Linda Collins throughout the years only occasionally a different doctor. She was always just so professional, but so kind listen and I always felt like she completely saw me. I returned back to Georgia and have seen her again. I know she’s an NP but she’s the best and anyone who needs someone that can emphasize but provide the right direction and met medicine. Linda is the person that you want. She really is special.

He is the most compassionate, understanding doctor. But not one to quickly give out meds no matter what the reason may be. This has helped my body so much rebuild its immune system along with other tolerances. Wouldn’t switch for the world!

I have always had a good experience with Dr. Nguyen. She is caring and always helpful. I had an awful experience with a Dr. Gould however when she wasn't available. I have been a patient for many years because how much I like Dr. Nguyen.
