Heather Partridge, NP

Heather Partridge, MSN, FNP-C, is a seasoned family nurse practitioner with over 25 years of experience in emergency and acute nursing care. She serves patients at Reagan Medical Center located in Lawrenceville, Dacula, Suwanee, and Johns Creek, Georgia. 

Heather is known for her comprehensive patient care, ranging from family medicine to critical and emergency care. She's served as a family nurse practitioner, clinical care coordinator, and staff ER nurse, where she has consistently demonstrated her ability to provide high-quality patient care and support.

Throughout her career, Heather has excelled in patient education, health history and physical assessments, wound care, and discharge coordination. Her expertise extends to managing pre- and post-surgical care, collaborating with interdisciplinary healthcare teams, and utilizing electronic medical records (EMR) systems to maintain accurate and confidential patient documentation.

Heather has experience performing annual wellness visits, physicals, and sick visits while also providing critical post-hospital follow-up care and medication reconciliation. She holds a Master of Science in nursing from Chamberlain University in Chicago, Illinois, with a focus on family nurse practitioner and executive leadership/management. 

She is board-certified and holds additional certifications in advanced practice registered nursing and emergency care. Heather's dedication to patient-centered care and her vast experience make her a valuable asset in any healthcare setting.
