Racquel Toomer, AGNP-C, is a board-certified adult-gerontology nurse practitioner providing compassionate patient care at Reagan Medical Center in Lawrenceville, Dacula, Suwanee, and Johns Creek, Georgia.
A life-long learner, Racquel earned her bachelor’s degree in nursing from Purdue University Global in West Lafayette, Indiana. While there, she also pursued master’s degrees in adult-geriatric primary care and psychiatric mental health nursing.
Racquel has extensive training in patient assessment and treatment, whether patients are stable or in crisis. She has worked in a variety of healthcare settings and brings a wealth of enthusiasm and experience to her role at Reagan Medical Center.
Patients rely on Racquel for checkups, education and communication, physical assessments, lab interpretation, and treatment planning. She has provided primary care for adults and adolescents with complex chronic diseases and smoothly collaborates with interdisciplinary healthcare teams. Racquel also offers personable, competent, and compassionate care for the elderly population.
