Televisit Appointment Instructions

For an in-person visit, please scroll down, select the location, and click "Book Now."


1. As per regulations, you must be residing in the state of Georgia at the time of the Televisit.

2. If additional testing, such as lab work, x-rays, or imaging studies, is needed after the Televisit, there will be no additional charge for the office visit. If you use any other telemedicine service, you run the risk of paying twice.

3. For Televisits, you may choose a location which is open (Location Timings are listed below). If you prefer a specific provider, please select the location where they are available.

4. After choosing a location, click on “Book Now.” Next, choose “Urgent Care Appointment” or select a provider (if available), then click “Book.”

5. On the next screen, navigate to the “Appointment Reason*” in the upper right corner. Use the drop-down menu (Select Visit Reason ↓) and choose either “Televisit” or “Televisit Weight Loss,” depending on your needs.

6. For insurance verification, please email a copy of the front of your driver’s license along with both the front and back of your insurance card to appointment@rmc.md or text it to 678-866-1676. You will receive an email once your appointment has been scheduled.

7. Our office will contact you to arrange for online payment on our website www.rmc.md/pay-online. After the payment is processed, you will receive an email confirming your appointment.
