Proper medication adherence is crucial, as running out of medications can lead to significant health risks and complications. We understand that patients may occasionally forget to request refills or face busy schedules that delay their medication management. To accommodate these situations, we process non-urgent refill requests within up to 72 hours, while urgent refills are expedited within 24 hours to address immediate needs. Our goal is to support our patients in managing their health effectively and minimizing any potential disruptions to their treatment.

For medication refills, you have the option to call, text, or send an online message at your convenience. You can leave a voicemail on our dedicated refill extension, text us, or submit a refill request through the "Contact Us" tab on our website. Additionally, refill requests can be made directly via the patient portal.
